1. Educational tool, not advice

VA Art & Design LLC operates MilestoneMiles (the “Service”), an educational planning tool that estimates how credit-card sign-up bonuses and category multipliers could apply to spending you enter. The Service is not financial, tax, legal, or credit advice, and using it does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. You are solely responsible for your own credit and financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

2. Estimates only; verify before acting

All points, dollar values, timelines, fees, and minimum-spend figures shown are estimates derived from the information you enter and from card terms that change frequently and may be inaccurate or out of date. Card approval, bonuses, and results are not guaranteed. Before applying for any card or making any payment, verify current offers, terms, fees, and eligibility directly with the issuer or vendor.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will match actual outcomes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VA Art & Design LLC and its owners, members, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, credit standing, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $100.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VA Art & Design LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
